A local restoration company, Burke’s DKI, had a poorly constructed parking lot installed in 2022 at their new building off Pleasant View. The paving contractor had left them with poor drainage, bad seams, raveling asphalt, and areas that were so thin that the base rock was showing through. Asphalt Pros USA came in and removed the existing asphalt, adjusted the depth of the base, performed a proper finish grade, and paved the asphalt to the appropriate thickness. After striping the desired parking stalls, the result is a parking lot that is functional, structurally sound, and aesthetically pleasing!
