Asphalt Pros USA completed a full asphalt remove-and-replace project for the parking lot at Loftus Family Dental in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The existing pavement had reached the end of its service life, requiring complete removal before installing a new asphalt surface designed for long-term durability and improved curb appeal.

The project included demolition and removal of the existing pavement across approximately 11,530 square feet, preparation of the underlying base, installation of new asphalt, and professional parking lot striping. Fresh pavement markings created clearly defined parking stalls and accessible spaces while giving the property a clean, finished appearance.
