CSL Plasma, in Spokane Valley, WA, had an old, expired asphalt parking lot. The customer opted for an entire removal and re-pave. Per the customer’s request, Asphalt Pros performed the work in two phases, leaving half of the parking lot available for business use. The crews demolished and hauled off the compromised materials, made the necessary adjustments to the finish grade, and paved back 4 inches of hot mix asphalt. After striping the parking stalls with quality, oil-based traffic paint, the new parking lot was ready for use.
